Who We Are
Clearstone Partners is a trading style of Bloom People FZCO, a company incorporated in Dubai (UAE). Bloom People FZCO operates as a business consultancy and coordination service. It is not a regulated entity and does not hold any authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), HMRC, or any equivalent regulatory body.

What We Do
Clearstone Partners acts as a coordination and clarity service. We work with owner-managed businesses to identify whether a structural review is appropriate, and — where it is — we facilitate access to independent specialist providers who deliver specific services in their own right under their own professional responsibilities.
The role of Clearstone Partners is to provide:
- An initial review of the current business structure
- A clear explanation of the structural model and its components
- Coordination of introductions to appropriate specialists
- Ongoing clarity and guidance throughout the process
We do not directly deliver implementation, accountancy, compliance, legal work, or any regulated function.
Independent Providers
All implementation, structuring, compliance, and specialist services are delivered by independent third-party providers. These providers operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, their own regulatory compliance, and their contractual obligations to clients.
